Our breads... Our breads are made using only natural leavens (flour and water), incorporating ancient methods of cool, slow risings over the course of several days. We use local flours whenever possible, sea salts, fresh herbs and whole grains. Barm | Varieties of beer (lager, oatmeal stout, or your choice), natural starter, unbleached flour and sea salt. |
